There is no minimum purchase requirement to use your store credits. You can use them on any order, no matter how small or large.
Can I use my store credits to pay for shipping?
Store credits can only be applied to the product cost and cannot be used to pay for shipping fees.
Will my store credits be refunded if I return an item?
Yes, if you return an item, any store credits used for that purchase will be refunded to your account.
Are store credits refundable?
Store credits are non-refundable. However, if you return a product, the equivalent amount in store credits will be returned to your account.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it hasn't been processed or shipped yet. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process.
How do I get a receipt for my order?
A receipt will be sent to your registered email address and whatsapp once your order is confirmed. You can also access it through your account under “Order History.”
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes, you can add a gift message at checkout when purchasing a gift. Just enter your message in the provided text box, and we’ll include it with your order.
Can I send a Mannerism item as a gift?
Absolutely! We offer special packaging for all our orders, making it easy to send a Mannerism item as the perfect gift.
Do you offer gift cards?

Can I exchange an item?
No, we do not offer exchanges at the moment. If you would like to change the product, you will need to follow the return process first, after which you can proceed to purchase the desired item. The refunded amount can either be credited to your wallet for future purchases or returned to the original payment method used.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we prioritize getting it to you quickly. For customers in the UAE, delivery usually takes 1-2 business days. For other GCC countries, orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days. If you need any updates along the way, please feel free to reach out!
What are Mannerism’s delivery times?
Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to us. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
Can I choose a delivery date and time?
Currently, we are unable to offer a specific delivery date or time. Our delivery service operates within standard business hours.
What should I do if my order has not been delivered in the estimated time?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us right away with your order number, and we’ll assist you in tracking your order.
What can I do if my parcel is damaged?

Does Mannerism ship to multiple addresses for the same order?
Unfortunately, we only offer shipping to one address per order.

Pickup for returns typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location. We’ll send you an update once your return has been scheduled.
What’s your return policy for orders within and outside the UAE?
Our return policy is 15 days from the date of receipt for both UAE and international orders. The return must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags intact. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for international orders.
Can I receive a refund on a different payment method/card than the one used to place the order?
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or to Store Credit Wallet
Will I earn loyalty points on discounted items?
Yes, you will still earn loyalty points on discounted items. Points are based on the final price after any discounts are applied.
